Do Well Swiss Presses

Do Well Swiss is a joint venture, lead by a team of innovative Swiss Engineers who were responsible for the design and manufacture of some of Europe’s leading Narrow web presses.

Manufactured in China from predominantly European and US components (over 60%), the 330 range of Narrow Web presses are engineered utilizing the latest western technology.

At first glance the Do Well Swiss L330 (above) may seem like a high quality European clone. The fact is that this machine has been designed from the ground up, with many unique innovations and features that are not available on European presses that are over double the cost.

Do Well Swiss printing technologies are freely adaptable to specific market needs, and press configurations can be composed by the customer to best meet manufacturing requirements depending on the printing jobs. These highly flexible units allow for the quick and easy exchange of Flexo, Gravure, Rotary Screen, Hot / Cold foil stamping and Die cutting at each station location, with interchangeable off set to be available in the near future.

The Do Well Swiss presses can be manufactured as a mechanically driven press, or configured using state of the art Servo Technology for optimum machine performance.

	Print station Flexibility The Do Well Swiss machines provides easily interchangeable printing stations, between Flexo, Gravure, Rotary Screen, Foil, Die Cutting and Offest Print (coming soon). This is a truly versatile printing press.
	Flexo / UV Printing Unit Fast set up due to truly modular exchangeable print heads, Print head setting is not affected by changing of anilox and plate rolls. Helical gearing provides highest quality of printing. Utilizing the same web path for both water based and UV flexo eliminates the need for new webbing.
	UV Rotary Screen Printing Unit UV rotary screen printing process offers heavy ink lay down capability for highly decorative labels. In combination with high quality UV flexo process printing, special effects can be achieved.
	Rotary Hot / Cold / Hologram Foil Stamping Unit The Rotary Hot / Cold / Hologram foil stamping unit with foil saver is increasing the aesthetics of the labels and reducing foil wastage. The foil saver is driven by proven servo technology and operated by a versatile programmable controller. Saving foil means saving cost.
