The Proofiling

A very fast, high resolution scanner is used to obtain a high quality image of the print samples. All relevant areas are automatically detected. Without any user interaction the system aligns each sample with the reference, and performs an intelligent comparison.

Deviations that are not tolerable are displayed together with the location and the print sample. An easy to use interface and fully automated operation concept guides the user through the inspection process. Parameter sets allow for differentiation between various requirements of different customers. The advanced pattern analysis of the EyeC profiler is able to distinguish between different types of defects so that minor register errors or small squeeze marks around individual letters can be passed.
