Iwasaki Presses
Iwasaki Tekko was founded in 1950 by Jitsuo Iwasaki. In 1970, the company started manufacturing label printing machines. Since then, Iwasaki has installed over 3000 roll label printing machines worldwide.
From the beginning, the company's motto was to build heavy duty printing machines that are user friendly and provide long term reliability.
With accumulated and extensive experience in technology, Iwasaki continues to develop new printing machines that not only meet but exceed customer requirements. Iwasaki strives and succeeds in producing top quality printing machines.
Iwasaki printing machines combine old fashioned heavy duty construction with the latest state of the art electronic technology. Cast iron construction is virtually unheard of today, as it is very costly. Iwasaki continues to use castings for machine bases, print unit frames and other critical parts, for vibration free operation and long term reliability. The latest Iwasaki machines use touch-panel microprocessor controls to set up and operate the machine.
Iwasaki label printing machines have an excellent reputation for fast set up, ease of operation, nominal material waste, accurate register, superior printing quality and trouble free reliable operation.
New LR-25

Having developed an excellent reputation in the industry, the Iwasaki LR25 soon became the press of choice, with more installations than any other press in its class. The New LR25 is easier to use, and has a faster running speed.
The New LR25 is an intermittent rotary letterpress has evolved the LR25 even further. Designed specifically for the label printer the new LR25 caters to the needs of today’s printer. The increase in demand for shorter printing runs and higher print quality make the New LR25 ideal.

TR2

In response to the increased demand for high quality labels, Iwasaki have adopted several innovative features in the TR2.
Key Features include:
Water Temperature Control:
Iwasaki have developed an adjustable temperature control which regulates the re-circulating water system. This maintains an even temperature in the knead and impression rollers which in turn controls the temperature of the ink, ensuring a consistently high quality print.
Mobile Touch Panel Controller
This main control panel slides along the length of the press and is used to enter the various job parameters. Registration, impression, lineal and lateral position and skewing controls are all motorized at each printing station. This ensures maximum efficiency during job set up.
Servo Drive Technology
The machine utilizes servo drive motors with digital controls for numerous machine operations that include printing stations drive, setting repeat length, register position, impression adjustments etc. New jobs as well as repeats are all performed with minimal material waste.
